CERTIFICATION
In the production of food, the safety of the end product is of the utmost importance.
All our products are carefully inspected by our quality managers. We constantly test our products on microbiological and physical aspects. Our production is done by parties we know and whose facilities we have visited. To ensure the reliability of our products, independent organisations also carry out quality audits on our products. Fiskano has been IFS-certified for years and is audited annually. We consistently score 97% or higher and are therefore designated as IFS higher level.
